Shipping Policy

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, HELD, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES. ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED TO THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON THE ORDER WITH SIGNATURE REQUIRED (NO EXCEPTIONS) WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MIS-DELIVERY ERRORS VIA CARRIER, OR INCORRECT SHIPPING INFO.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. Please inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt. We will correct any incorrect merchandise or any errors in shipment on our part upon verification of the error. In the rare instance that product is received damaged or defective, You must contact us within 5 days of receipt of goods.

  • Any item that has been cut, colored, customized or altered is not eligible for return.

  • Returns will not be accepted unless pre-authorized by Haus Of Wigs Customer Service Team. No cash refunds, a credit/exchange will be issued.

  • Merchandise returned must be in its original condition, including all packaging

  •  Discontinued items are not eligible for return.

  •  All returned items will incur an $8.00 restocking/repackaging fee.
