All sales are final. Please inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt. We will correct any incorrect merchandise or any errors in shipment on our part upon verification of the error. In the rare instance that product is received damaged or defective, You must contact us within 5 days of receipt of goods.

• Any item that has been cut, colored, customized or altered is not eligible for return.
• Returns will not be accepted unless pre-authorized by Haus Of Wigs Customer Service Team. No cash refunds, a credit/exchange will be issued.
• Merchandise returned must be in its original condition, including all packaging
• Discontinued items are not eligible for return.
• All returned items will incur an $8.00 restocking/repackaging fee.

All orders are processed and dispatched from our Arizona/USA boutique. Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday , the cut off point for same day shipments is 3pm MST. 

All domestic orders are shipped using USPS priority signed for service. (This usually take 3-5 business days to arrive.) We offer Priority Express which usually takes 1-2 businss days.

International Shipping:

PWe ship all over the world, all orders are shipped via USPS or DHL service. Shipping times do vary however typically 6-10 business days. There may be delays during holiday season so please plan accordingly. 

Shipment Confirmation:

You will recieve a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number included once your order has shipped. The tracking number usually updates within 24-48 hours.
